How do we protect our clients? Our caregivers are expected to complete this form prior to any home care visits. We will submit a text and/or email reminder to our caregivers to complete this form prior to your scheduled home care visit. Our caregivers will also follow the mask mandate and will be supplied with personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect both our caregivers and clients from transmission of infection.
