This agreement shall be signed by the Homemaker Companion Sitter and by the CEO and Manager of Radiant Home Care Services, LLC. This agreement is effective the date the agreement has been signed by both parties. Your signature is confirmation that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions of the Radiant Home Care Services, LLC Non-Compete Agreement.
