Our licensed nurses are experienced in providing specialized nursing care care designed to meet the needs of adults and the elderly population with disabilities, and adults recovering from surgery and/or illness. Nursing care services include but are not limited to:

  • Comprehensive Physical Assessment

  • Wound care/Wound Vac

  • G-tube Care and Management

  • Catheter Care

  • Medication Administration/Education

  • Colostomy Care

  • Long Term/Short Term IV Antibiotic treatment

  • PICC Line Care

  • Bowel Management

Our homemakers/companions are experienced to provide specialized care that meet the needs of adults and the elderly population with disabilities, and adults recovering from surgery and/or illness that need a extra help in order to complete their day-to-day activities. Homemaker/Companion services may include such duties as:

  • Meal Preparation

  • Meal Planning

  • Laundry

  • Shopping

  • Light Housekeeping

  • Performing casual cosmetic assistance (ie. brush hair, assist with make-up, filing and polishing the nails (but not clipping the nails)

Our Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants are qualified caregivers that will assist adults and the elderly population with disabilities and adults recovering from surgery and/or illness with basic medical tasks such as assistance with:

  • Bathing

  • Elimination needs

  • Transferring

  • Dressing/undressing

  • Ambulation

  • Vital Sign Assessment (BP, HR, RR, Temp)

 Non-medical tasks such as:

  • Making bed

  • Changing bed linens

  • Laundry

  • Light housekeeping
