SERVICES
Our specialized care is designed to meet the needs of older adults, older adults with disabilities, and older adults recovering from surgery or illness that need a extra help in order to complete their day-to-day activities. Homemaker services may include such duties as: meal preparation, meal planning, laundry, shopping, household chores, light housekeeping, performing casual cosmetic assistance such as brushing the clients hair and assisting with make-up, filing and polishing the nails (but not clipping the nails).

Companion services may include such duties as: accompanying the client to doctor's appointments, recreational activities or shopping; light housekeeping tasks such as: meal preparation or laundering the client's garments; performing casual cosmetic assistance such as brushing the client's hair and assisting with make-up, filing and polishing the nails but not clipping the nails; stabilize the client when walking by holding the client's arm or hand.
Under Florida law, a homemaker and companion service provider is prohibited from providing hands-on personal care under the registration issued by AHCA. Personal care is considered a home health service and businesses in Florida must have a home health agency or nurse registry license to provide such assistance to clients. Radiant Home Care Services, LLC does not hold a home health license so our caregivers are prohibited from providing personal care.
